"Ellie" is the full sister to Emerald Fire and Emerald Tsar and the half sister to Emerald Impressions. She is by the Trakehner stallion, Oskar II *Pg* who has competed through Grand Prix Dressage under Hoken Thorne with scores in the mid 60's. Oskar is of course by the great stallion Hockey who has produced over 40 offspring of international caliber horses at Grand Prix in both Jumping and Dressage. Oskar’s dam line carries the best and most successful jumping lines available in Russia, including Champion jumping stallion, Ossian, and his grandson, Blesk, who was the USSR Champion in Jumping. Blesk also sired Russian Dance ex Tabor, Quixotte Priboy ex Priboj, Velbot, and the well known stallion, Biotop, who was an International Dressage Champion under R. Klimke. Ellie is out of our PSB approved mare, Encore. Through the dam line she combines some of the best sport horse Thoroughbred lines of Diplomat Way, Jet Baby, and Nashau. She also has some of the older, more difficult to find (but valuable for sport horse breeding) lines of Bagatel, Mikado, and Burnus fairly close up. Her brothers and sister are proving themselves in the show ring just as her dam and sire have done.

hould excel in dressage. She has the "look at me" attitude that has made her dam and sister so successful in the show ring, with the movement and conformation to back up her opinion of herself. It appears as she is shedding out slowly of her baby hair that she may end up a liver chestnut and may have 4 small white socks. Her tail also appears to be flaxen in color and she has a large white star on her forehead. This is a striking filly that will be noticed in the ring regardless of discipline, or if she is under saddle or in hand.Ellie is for sale to a show home only.
